Ceremony and Reception up to 100 guests $2700 (Please add $250 to the package for every 50 guests you expect over 100.)
We also invite you to use our home and surroundings for your bridal portraits at no additional charge if desired. We recommend an excellent local photographer if you are in need of photography.
We provide a full service wedding. Set up includes: Nuts, mints, punch & coffee White chairs, tables & linens Crystal cups and dishes Silverware & silver cake serving sets Napkins (not printed) Fresh flower arrangements for reception All tables fully skirted Hanging flower baskets in lighted arbor Gazebo covered with greenery and lighted Unity Candle and Table Complete set up & clean up
Rehearsals: We will rehearse with you separately the day of the wedding at no cost. Bride and girls arrive 2 hours prior to wedding, groom and men a little later. (Please no early arrivals). If you prefer to be all together the day prior to your wedding, one-hour rehearsals are offered at 4:30 for an additional $250.
We offer exquisite catering from finger foods to heavy hors’ d’oeuvres to complete meals in multiple packages and price ranges. A deposit of $300 is required for catering (non-refundable). Catering is provided by Creations By Mona-Lisa…see catering tab on www.ranchhouseweddings.net. Alcohol permitted*.
Dance Facility: We offer an indoor facility for wedding dancing and reception area for $500 a total of four hours.
Deposit: A deposit of $500 is required to hold the date and time of your wedding. 1/3 of the remaining balance is due 60 days after sign up. Final balance will be due 30 days prior to wedding date. At this time final plans will be made with guest count and cakes will be ordered. All payments are non-refundable due to cancellation. Sales tax not included.
* Alcohol: All alcoholic beverages, servicing supplies and accessories are required to be supplied by the wedding party. The bride and groom to be will be required to sign an Alcoholic Beverage Agreement Contract 30 days prior to the wedding date.
